Error 500 - Rechnung und Widerrufsformular

Hallo,

wenn ich das Rechnungs- oder Widerrufsformular aufrufen möchte, erhalte ich 500 Internal Server Error. Woran kann das liegen?

Der Fehler erscheint aber trotzdem noch.
