Und die anderen Platzhalter werden korrekt übersetzt?
Wird testweise ggf. eine andere Variable wenigstens ersetzt? Zum Beispiel %pv_1%?
Die Zuordnung zum Produkt (in der Produktverwaltung) ist aber gegeben?

Hallo,

1. Alle anderen Platzhalter werden korrekt übersetzt.
2. Habe eine neue PV angelegt und diese dem Produkt zugeordnet. Hier erfolgte ebenfalls keine Ausgabe.
3. Die Zuordnung ist in allen Produkten gegeben.

Ich konnte das jetzt zeitlich eingrenzen, seit wann das passiert. Seit ca. 08.08. habe ich für die Produkte den Lagerbestand aktiviert. Danach wurden keine Gutscheine mehr erstellt, bei denen eine Produktvariable ausgegeben wird.
Zusätzlich kommt bei der Zahlart "Vorkasse" noch hinzu, dass die Gutscheine zwar generiert werden, aber nicht mehr automatisch an den Kunden verschickt werden. Diese Problem hatte ich auch vor langer Zeit schon einmal hat sich aber gelegt.

Lagerbestand habe ich natürlich abgeschaltet, jedoch erfolgt weiterhin keine Ausgabe. Erfolgt denn bei Euch die Ausgabe korrekt?

Hallo,

könnt ihr das Problem reproduzieren bei euch oder funktioniert die ausgabe der variable im Gutscheinprodukt-pdf?

In der aktuellen Version lässt sich das Problem nicht reproduzieren.

Meinst du ein Wordpress-Update auf 4.0 oder wpsg? 3.4.2 ist doch die neuste Version, oder?

3.4.2 ist OK, ich hatte vorhin auf der 2. Seite den Screenshot (von letztem Jahr) angesehen und nicht den aus deinem aktuellen Post (weiter unten).
Ich vermute eher, dass ein Plugin oder das Theme dazwischen funken. Deaktiviere bitte mal alle Plugins und versuche das Problem zu reproduzieren, so wie in viewtopic.php?f=13&t=936 beschrieben.

Alle PlugIns seit letzter funktionierender Variablenausgabe deaktiviert bzw. gelöscht. keine Änderung


Bin jetzt erstmal ratlos...

Deaktiviere bitte alle Plugins, nicht nur einen Teil. Ändere auch zum Test das Theme.

Bis auf das Shop-PlugIn und WP-https hatte ich alle PlugIns deaktiviert. Selbes Ergebnis. Bei Benutzung eines Standard-Themes bin ich leider nicht mehr an den Warenkorb gekommen.
Seit dem letzten Theme-Update lief die Funktion im Übrigen eine sehr lange Zeit problemlos, sodass ich mir nicht vorstellen kann, dass es am Theme liegt.

An irgendetwas muss es aber liegen. Versuche bitte, am besten alles auf einen Testserver/Domain zu kopieren und dort weiter zu testen. So kann man ungehemmter Sachen ausprobieren.

Bevor ich das machen, würde ich gern wissen, ob ihr anhand der Error-Meldung aus der debug-log etwas erkennen könnt. Ich habe die Error-Zeile rauskopiert, damit es nicht so unübersichtlich ist...

Da sind leider keine Fehlermeldungen dabei. Nur Notice-Meldungen.
